3. Refund & Rescheduling Policy

3.1 All payments made for astrology readings, tarot consultations, life coaching sessions, or any other services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3.2 Rescheduling Policy: If a client misses a session, they will have one opportunity to reschedule the session. If the rescheduled session is missed again, no further rescheduling or refund will be provided.
3.3 If a session is canceled by Divine Insights by Janhavi, we will offer an alternative appointment at a mutually agreed time.
3.4 In case of technical issues or disruptions from our side, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your session.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
